INTRODUCTION

Reetech cable trunking, cable tray, cable ladder are designed and manufactured under basic standards of R.E.E Electric Appliances Joint Stock Company [TCCS 10:2015/REETECH], in compliance with national and international standards such as TCVN 197 : 2002, IEC 61537 : 2001, Nema VE1 2009.

Basic material to manufacture cable tray & ladder is galvanized steel sheet in conformity with JIS G3302 standard or black steel sheet in accordance with JIS G3141 standard, in common thicknesses as follows:

- Galvanized steel sheet: 0.95 – 1.15 – 1.48 – 1.95 [mm].

- Cold-rolled black steel sheet: 1.0 – 1.2 – 1.5 – 2.0 [mm].

For the purposes of anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion to the surface, depending on demand, cable tray & ladder may be hot-dip galvanized in accordance with standards of AS/NZS 4680-2006, ASTM A123/A 123A1 or electrostatic powder coating in confor-mity with standards of ASTM D3359-93, ASTM D3363-92A, ASTM D4138-94.

Depending on application, electrostatic powder coating material may be chosen to be suitable with indoor or outdoor environment with the following common painting colors:

- Yellow Orange: RAL 2000.

- Red Orange: RAL 2001.

- Green Blue: RAL 5001.

- Concrete Grey: RAL 7023
