On the strength of our ten-year experience of continuous cooperation with the main manufacturers of Recharging Stations for Vehicles A/C systems, we have designed and produced an extremely simple and effective solution that we called “TANK SYSTEM”. It consists in a special cap with plug made in nylon PA6.6 to be screwed on traditional containers, allowing to directly connect through a specific plastic quick coupler to any Recharging Station for Vehicles A/C systems.

TANK SYSTEM allows the manufacturers of recharging units to remarkably reduce production times and costs as it completely avoids all assembly operations of the brass fittings on the plastic caps of the containers for additives.

Moreover, with TANK SYSTEM we allow to use any kind of Lubricant (PAG, POE, PAO) and Fluorescent U/V additive as we were able to package them in the same containers.

Tank System

Cap with Plug Quick Coupler

The cartridge has to be considered to all intents and purposes as a traditional container. However, the cartridge differentiates from any other containers thanks to its peculiar features:- During the manufacturing process the product never gets in contact with the moisture of the air.- Allows to wholly use its product contents. Through specific adapters it can be used to directly introduce lubricants or additives into Vehicles A/C Systems.Cartridge System can be used into the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System with a Maximum System Pressure Port of 5,5 bar (80 psi.)

Security ValveThe one-way valve prevents the pressure of the Vehicles A/C Systems from getting in the cartridge.

Special AdapterThe adapter, allowing to directly introduce lubricants or additives into Vehicles A/C Systems when connected to the cartridges, is reusable and supplied with a one-way valve that allows a completely safe application.

No-Gas Aerosol Can with Push&Fill System

Furthering the project of the respect for the ecosystem, Errecom has developed and realized a new solution for the introduction of additives in A/C and Refrigeration Systems. How does it work?Brilliant has to be introduced in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System, illuminated by any U/V lamp will brighten at the leak point.

To knowUltra Violet (U/V) dye additives are specially formulated to fluoresce in the presence of U/V light rays. Fluorescent Dye method of leak detection is worldwide used by automotive technicians as it allows a quick, accurate and easy location of leaks of refrigerant gas in the A/C systems. However, not all U/V Dyes are the same: on the market there are several kinds of product providing very different results. Most of Dyes are made with co-solvents, chemical component in which dye-pigment (chromophore) is highly soluble. These kinds of U/V Dyes are thus soluble in lubricants. However, so far it has been discovered that co-solvents may damage the A/C system’s components. First of all, Dye manufacturers often formulate their Leak Detector Dye with co-solvents like Aromatic 200 and NMP(N-methylpyrrolidone). Both of them are listed in the Pesticide Action Network (PAN) as Bad Actor pesticides due to their developmental toxicity and carcinogenicity. Furthermore, the use of co-solvents in air-conditioning systems can be harmful to components made in aluminum, plastics and rubber – which represent the majority of all air-conditioning systems. Therefore, continuative use could lead to a premature failure of the whole system. In addition, these substances can change the lubricating proprieties of the systems oil since they are not miscible in R134a.ERRECOM Fluorescent U/V Leak Detector Dye provides significant benefits over other dyes. In fact, ERRECOM is proud to declare that U/V Dye is produced meeting SAE j2297 standard which states the main features of a powerful and efficient Dye for Automotive Leak Detection. First of all, to meet this SAE Standard U/V Dye has been specifically formulated to be completely solvent-free, which means it does not have any negative effect on A/C systems and on maintenance tools like recovery units. Secondly, as per SAE j2297 U/V Dye has been purposely prepared with PAG Lubricant. This makes our Dye specifically formulated for the use in vehicles A/C systems, avoiding any possible modification in the lubricant’s properties and providing a great performance. In conclusion, we are able to offer a high quality product that not only is efficient in finding small leakages in the A/C systems, but also assures the preservation of the whole implant and of equipment required.

What is it?It is an OzONE-GENERATOR MACHINE.

How does it work?Ozone (O3) is a gas with a peculiar odor in lighting storms, whose molecules are made by three oxygen atoms. It is a powerful antimicrobial agent that thanks to its oxidant action will neutralize Bacteria, mold, yeasts, parasites and viruses. It also has no harmful effects on atmosphere since it leaves no residuals: therefore, it is a completely ecofriendly product meeting ISO14001 and EMAS standards. Ozone is present in lower concentration (from 0.01 up to 0.07 ppm) throughout Earth-Atmosphere, but in spite of this it helps balancing quantities of Bacteria and mold in nature.

What can Ozone do?Due to a high oxidant power, Ozone has a specific anti-odor and disinfectant action that offers specific benefits especially when it is gas form. The sensation of bad smells in the air is caused by contaminants and substances, which basically are volatile chemical compounds with groups of odor-holders in their chemical structure (osmophores, odorophores). A treatment with Ozone provides not a simple masking but a complete destruction of these components, allowing a sensible diminution of smelling air. Ozone purifies surrounding air and totally eliminates unpleasant odors. Ozone is effective against smoke and smell of cigarettes: it turns carbon monoxide (a toxic gas) into carbon dioxide (an inert gas) and it is able to oxidize the oily film as deposit of smoke on surfaces. It is particularly suggested as anti-odor treatment thanks to its extraordinary action on textiles and on ravines.

What is it?Purezone Machine is an electronic ultrasonic device which atomizes a liquid in order to be distributed by the A/C System’s Recirculation System. One of the main advantages of an ultrasonic atomization system is to obtain atomized liquid particles at ambient temperature. This prevents condensation which typically occurs when a liquid is atomized by heating it to a higher temperature. The liquid particles which are atomizes with Purezone Machine are smaller than 5µm and do not easily settle on surfaces they encounter. Hence, they will fully propagate in the A/C system and in the room. Such a condition cannot be realized with traditional aerosol cans, as the size and the weight of their atomized particles will lead to their prompt precipitation. One antiBacterial treatment with Purezone Machine takes approximately 11’45” at 20 °C and automatically stops once minimum liquid level is reached. At higher ambient temperature the treatment will take less time; at lower ambient temperature, instead, it will take more time.

Recycle Guard is an additional filtering system which allows to fully filter the cooling gas in a vehicle; thus the filter within the charging stations can be safeguarded and lasting. It is easily placed in every recovery/ charging stations by bypassing the low pressure-side hose of the a.m. stations.Inside a filtering product is installed (Art.-Nr. AS1002.01) and it must be substituted every 220 recovering cycles.
