PUBLIC NOTICE

In the matter : Applications of WESCO, SOUTHCO, NESCO & CESU for approval of wheeling charges, surcharges and additional surcharges for FY 2014-15 under Section 42 the Electricity Act, 2003 and in conformity with Regulation 4(1)(xiv), 4(2) (vii) & 4 (3) (vi) of the OERC (Determination of Open Access Charges) Regulations, 2006 &OERC (Terms and conditions of Open Access) Regulations,2005.

M/s. WESCO, SOUTHCO, NESCO & CESU the Distribution Licensees of Odisha

have filed an application for approval of Open Access charges for the FY 2014-15 under the Electricity Act, 2003 and in conformity with Regulations 4 (1) (xiv), 4 (2) (vii) & 4 (3) (vi) of OERC (Determination of Open Access Charges) Regulations, 2006 & OERC (Terms and Conditions of Open Access) Regulations, 2005.

The copy of the aforesaid application may be downloaded from the Commission’s

website (www.orierc.org)/ licensees website www.wescoorissa.com, www.southcoorissa.com, www.nescoorissa.com & www.cescoorissa.com or it may be obtained from the Office of the Commission by paying photo copy charges of Rs.30/-(Rupees Thirty) only. The Commission have decided to hear the matter on 05.08.2014 at 11:00AM in the Hearing hall of OERC.

Interested Persons/ Institutions/ Organizations may file their views /suggestions / objections supported by affidavit before the Commission on or before 28.07.2014 serving copy to the applicant-Licensees and take part in the hearing on date & time mentioned above.
