HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS
• Nonproductive cough• Difficulty of breathing• (-) colds and fever• Nebulized with
salbutamol with improvement of DOB

HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

• Worsening of cough and DOB
• Unrelieved by salbutamol nebulization
• No other associated symptoms
