Throughout the year, the eight undergraduate and graduate students will work with advancement staff at their institutions on projects in alumni relations, fundraising, communications or marketing. Clarence J. Jupiter Fall Fellows (September - December, 2014) Angelica Aseltine is a senior majoring in Sociology at Ithaca College. She will be working in the alumni relations office in assisting with establishing and maintaining a strong involvement of young ALANA alumni in the Ithaca College Community. Stephen Browne is a senior at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute studying Electrical Engineering with a minor in both Economics and General Psychology. He will be working with the Office of Alumni Relations to implement a sustainable customer service program for alumni, which will engage guests both during and after events to create lasting connections with the campus. He will also be working as a member of the Reunion & Homecoming Planning team, while also attending Institute Advancement Programs, meetings, and educational sessions throughout the year.. Nav Chima is a senior majoring in Communications and Psychology at the University of California Davis. She will be working to help market UC Davis's second annual UC Davis Wears Red Day, a campus wide event lead by the Chancellor's office that raises awareness for heart disease and healthy living. Sam Koester will be helping with the planning and implementation of the 35th annual University of Idaho Alumni Awards for Excellence Program. He will be working on updating and rebranding the application and award process including new marketing and presentation materials. Michelle Le is a senior majoring in Biology at the University of California, Riverside. 2014 Jupiter FellowsCASE has selected its Jupiter Fellows for fall 2014. Throughout the year, the eight undergraduate and graduate students will work with advancement staff at their institutions on projects in alumni relations, fundraising, communications or marketing.

Clarence J. Jupiter Fall Fellows (September - December, 2014)

for recent graduates to keep them engaged and encourage giving to the university..

Ninjia C. Miles is a senior majoring in sociology at Centenary College of Louisiana. She will work with her college's Office of Development to build upon their newly revamped Communication Center, as well as their Student Engagement and Philanthropy Program.

Liandra Pires is a graduate student majoring in Media and Professional Communication at Fairleigh Dickinson University and will be staffing the Morris County Higher Education Arts Collaborative. She will be working to formalize the group in terms of strategic planning; acting as a support person at meetings and events; promoting cross-collaboration amongst the members; and working on fundraising efforts for the Collaborative and FDU-related arts programs.

Derick Taylor is a Junior majoring in psychology and minoring in chemistry. He is working with Prairie View A&M University Developmental office in assisting with the implementation of student giving projects that will include a one week o line student giving campaign beginning the week of September 22, 2014, and recruiting volunteers to join the student development organization.

The Clarence J. Jupiter Fellowship program provides opportunities for students of diverse backgrounds to work in the advancement field at higher education institutions across the United States.
