Managed an annual Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) grant from Contra Costa County Mental Health Department of $170,000 secured from California’s Mental Health Initiative to expand place based and project based learning, internship opportunities as well as provide on-site mental health counseling for our students with the goal to prevent , or reduce students’ mental health issues which may be barriers to learning, as well as provide life-long strategies to students to assist them in managing stressful situations or feelings in a healthy manner.

Created collaborative integrated learning options for students. Experience collaborating with community and government agencies to provide both learning and internship opportunities for students on and off campus.
