Stew  PeasDo  not  be  fooled  by  the  name...  this  is  no  

vegetarian  dish.    The  real  Jamaican  stew  peas  

does  contain  red  kidney  beans  (or  peas,  as  

the  Jamaicans  call  them),  but  the  real  main  

ingredients  of  this  tantalizing  entree  is  stewed  

beef  and  pig’s  tail.        When  cooked  perfectly,  the

plantains  to  add  that  needed  sweet  component

dishes,  traditionally  prepared  on  special  

occasions.    The  authentic  curry  goat  is,  of  

course,  made  with  goat  meat  using  only  the  best  

Jamaican  curry  blended  with  a  variety  of  unique  

Jamaican  spices,  cooked  with  potatoes  and  

made  spicy  with  scotch  bonnet  peppers  to  create  

this  mouth  watering  Jamaican  tradition.  This  dish  

will  surely  make  your  taste  buds  jump  for  joy!
