  • Park your vehicle in University lots Keep all articles out of sight in your vehicle LOCK your vehicle Walk with others, especially at dark If you plan to party, be responsible When you enter an unfamiliar building, note where the exits are When a building fire alarm sounds, walk quickly to the nearest exit Never try to distinguish a fire, GET OUT!

  • Newest component of the Emergency Notification System, installed in the Fall of 09 Enables Public Safety to broadcast emergency messages to the classrooms on campus These telephones can also be used to dial 911 in the event of an emergency in the classroom

Named after Jeanne Clery, a 19 year old Lehigh University (PA) freshman who was raped and murdered in her residence hall in 1986 Requires all colleges and universities to disclose information about crime on or near their campuses Failure to do this could result in the institution being suspended from participating in financial aid programs
