Introduction. Successful rollouts of the equity shareholding structure

model in Southern African countries, demonstrates a

proven track record of success in Swaziland, Lesotho,

Namibia & Zimbabwe;

In these regions, the Group has adopted a philosophy of

engaging local partners who are afforded directorship

status with meaningful equity shareholding;

Mozambique is a case where a partnership was formed

with a strategic Local investment partner.

These partners, where possible, are included in strategic

decision making processes and are regarded as an integral

part in the establishment of a company footprint and in

ultimately, expanding on our business base;

Workers Trust’s have been established, wherein all

permanent, local employees of the Company are recognised in

an effort to actively empower the employees and hence, pass

“ownership” of the related services onto them; These

employees are by association, all beneficiaries of the Workers

Trust; The Trust maybe even hold equity in the particular local

Company!
