1. Artworks: While C3 accepts many types of artwork, including JPEG, bitmap, and PNG, for the best results, your artwork should be converted to EPS format ( Adobe illustrator EPS is preferable!) We don’t accept PDF’s and they should be converted to EPS format before uploading as well.Kindly E-mail all artworks to [email protected] and wait to receive a quotation.

2. Quotes: All quotes will be made once a final order is made, as prices will be determined by the specs of the complete order.

3. Documentation: A Local Purchase Order (LPO) will be required together with a 50% down payment as soon as the final quotation per order is approved.

4. Payment: Final payment (50%) shall be made on receiving the goods accompanied by a delivery note & invoice.Credit terms are subject to approval by Capital Colours Creative Design Ltd.
