Delivery of Major, Complex ProjectsWhen the English Football Association’s subsidiary, Wembley National Stadium Ltd (WNSL) needed to close the deal with Multiplex to deliver Wembley Stadium, they selected Capita Symonds to support them, working night and day for 9 months and in close collaboration with WNSL. Some 2 years later, Capita Symonds were once again called in to “rescue” the project, overseeing the supply chain and broking deals that would guarantee opening of the stadium ready for the Cup Final in 2007.
