JAA ENGINEERING DESIGN & CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (JAA ENGG . DCSPL) was built-in to provide engineering and related technical services for variousfields and areas as listed below. JAA ENGG . DCSPL is a private limited company which isincorporated at Hyderabad, A.P under Government of India. In addition to the areas listedhere, it has expertise and technical strength in various other fields also. JAA ENGG . DCSPL today leading in engineering, design and consultancy field for the variety and a completerange of projects & services which are needed to complete in the different stages of a jobfrom conceptual stage, plan, design, engineer, construct and operate projects to meet thespecific requirements of its clients in the variety of fields as given below:

1. To engage in the business of Engineering design and Consultancy services in the areas ofConstructions, Contracting including the design, manufacture, erection, alteration, repair,revamp and installation of plants, buildings, structures, highways, any engineering works,systems, Roads, interior works, water & waste water, water supply & distribution, refinery, oiland gas, pipelines, onshore and offshore, terminals, bridges and dams, Ponds, mechanical,electrical and electronic machinery, equipment, apparatus and devices.

2. To carry on the Consultancy business in the field of light, medium and heavy EngineeringMachinery, Turnkey Projects, setting of Yarn & Textile manufacturing and Processing units,Machineries, Provision of Textile technology in natural fibre and manmade fibre andinstallation projects of Electronic Power, Electronics, Petro-chemicals, Plastics, paper,

chemicals consumable and durable goods and to provide financial, engineering and projectconsultancy services to foreign and Indian buyers, sellers, exporters, importers,manufacturers, traders, enterprises in all the fields and trades.

3. To engage in the business of Engineering design, Consultancy and Contracting services inthe areas of Civil, mechanical, structural, automobile, textile, agricultural, aeronautical,aviation, chemical, refrigerating air conditioning, insulating, heating, interior, electrical andother areas relating to engineering.

JAA ENGG . DCSPL is technically capable to provide consultancy services from concept tocommissioning in all the sectors given above, monitoring the operation of each plant and

collecting feedback on its performance. JAA ENGG . DCSPL provides its services in the formof following manner:

i) Conceptual Studies, Feasibility Studies, Detailed Project Reports, FEED Package, BasicDesign Engineering Package Project Management, Planning & Scheduling, Cost Engineering,Process Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement Services, Construction Management &Supervision, Commissioning and plant start up assistance all complete.

JAA Engg, 51 employees strong, is a leading provider of engineering, design & consultancy

services and operation tools to EPC & Owner-Operator companies and self owned unitsworldwide. The Engineering and Design Business Group provides services for engineering,procurement and construction management for both grassroot and revamp projects invarious fields. Various projects in the oil and gas, pipelines, energy, refining , petrochemical,roads, building, rail, water, waste water and environmental fields are under execution forvariety of industries.

2. Various Project Interaction

JAA Engg Internationally have two main functions. Client Relationship Management Project Setup and Managemen t

a. Client Relationship Management: The Client Manager looks after the commercial content of a projec t arrangement.They are responsible for the projects ultimate success, the contract, invoicing, attendingproject meetings as required, management reporting and issue ownership and escalation .

b. Project Setup and Management: Strong and Robust project management controls and procedures are available toensuring successful execution and delivery. JAA Engg manages project execution with acomprehensive methodology and has skills of managing complex projects across multiplelocations .

Projects are executed using a mix of building,raod,oil and gas onshore/offshore resourcesblended to match the requirements of the projects specifications. The project team is likelyto consis t of a:

Local Project Manager to interface with the client team.

Project Execution Manager to manage the related project team Engineering Team staffed with appropriate levels of Ex p e r t i s e , skill andexperience in the disciplines required to fulfill the contrac t.

The Project Execution Manager and the technical team are located at the Main office inHyderabad, with technical team members being deployed to client site as required.

The Local Project Manager is responsible for: Working with the client to define the detailed scope of work and technical
