2017 Cancun Trip QualificationsTo attend, simply earn enough points from June 1, 2016 – February 28, 2017

by doing what you normally do … build your RBC Life Business!

To qualify, meet 2 Basic Requirements and start earning Trip Points. It’s that easy!

Rules & Regulations:1. A registration form must be completed at www.rbclifecancun.eventbrite.com to begin

your personal qualification period and be eligible for the Trip.2. Those who register by June 30, 2016 may count all of their Change Your Normal

campaign points towards the Basic Requirement of 12 points. Any registrations received in July or after will begin with 0 Change Your Normal campaign points.

3. Your personal qualification period begins the month we receive your registration form, and you must place a qualifying 150 QV order each month during this period to be eligible for the trip.

4. Your Base Pay Leg QV is your average Pay Leg QV from December 1, 2015 –May 31, 2016. For anyone enrolling after June 1, 2016 their Pay Leg QV is 0.

5. Members with multiple centers may not qualify more than one center and the only eligible center is the center with the highest rank as of May 31, 2016. Points earned for one center cannot be added to points from any other center.

6. Trip for two includes all-inclusive resort room, airfare from a gateway city to and from Cancun, Mexico, and ground transfers to and from the airport on designated travel dates. Air travel will be arranged to obtain the most economical fare.

7. Achievers will have the ability to pay for room upgrades and/or an additional guest to share their room, subject to availability.

8. Open to Members in North America only.9. Trip achievers must show proof of residency within the rules and regulations. The

residence address must match the trip achiever’s address on file at the RBC Life Home Office.

10. Achievers must have a valid passport to travel and are responsible to obtain any Visas or other travel documents required for travel to Cancun, Mexico.

11. Trip may not be earned by RBC Life employees, spouses or board members.12. Guests of Achievers must be age 16 or older.13. Guests may not be an RBC Life Member unless they are a spouse or immediate

relation of the Achiever.14. The value of the trip will be reported to the appropriate government agency as taxable

compensation of the trip achiever for the 2017 tax year, as applicable.15. No more than one member of an immediate family may earn the Incentive Trip unless

otherwise approved in advance by the RBC Life Home Office.16. Any Achiever earning a trip for 1 will be paired with another Achiever earning a trip for

one and the paired Achievers will share a room at the resort facility.17. Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash under any

circumstances.18. Failure to meet criteria of the program and/or failure to adhere to RBC Life’s ordering

and enrolling policies may result in forfeiture of a reward or disqualification from participation in the trip.

19. RBC Life may verify participation and qualification when necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, reviewing orders, Member Agreements and other pertinent records related to the activities of Members.

Earning Trip Points: Each 1,000 QV increase in Pay Leg over Base QV** = 1 Trip Point **Base QV is determined by calculating your average monthly Pay Leg QV from the period of December 1, 2015 –May 31, 2016 multiplied by the number of months in the contest period. Trip points are determined by the total Pay Leg QV accumulated during the contest period (June 1, 2016 – February 28, 2017) in excess of your Base QV.
