What is the CRM Program?Campus Relations Program is a marketing initiative where we desire

to promote OysterConnect.com in a strategic manner through Campus Relations Managers among the Top 500 colleges of the country

CRMs will be responsible to drive on-campus engagement for us and will be remunerated for their efforts

What will be the responsibilities of a CRM?CRMs will be responsible to carry out the following activities on

Educate Your Colleagues & Juniors

You will be expected to educate your classmates and juniors about the benefits of joining OysterConnect.com

A presentation will be shared with you for your reference

Forward “OysterConnect.com - For Students” presentation to all your classmates and juniors

Share batch Information with usYou are expected to share the details of your batch in an excel format

Student Name, E-mail (preferably college email id)Batch (2015-17, 2016-18, etc)Course Name (MBA, PGDM, BBA, etc)

You should share it within a week of starting your engagement as we will send out an introductory mailer to all your friends - announcing you as the Campus Relations Manager for OysterConnect.com

We will upload their details on our network so that they receive regular communication about various opportunities that are being posted

Drive RegistrationsYou are expected to get 20 students from your college to register on

OysterConnect.com.All the Registrations should be -

Active: Student has to activate his/her profile within 24 hours after the registration by clicking on the link sent immediately to the registered email id

Make sure the email id is correct else they won’t receive the activation mailVerified: Verify your phone number by sending the OTPComplete: Students should fill in their basic information viz. Name, Phone number,

Institute, Location, Year of completion on their profile

Tips to drive RegistrationsYou should use your own referral link to get students to register.

To Access this link: Log in to your profile on oysterconnect.com -> Click on the ‘My Account’ dropdown tab (Top left corner) -> Click on “My Referrals” -> Scroll down and you will be able to see your unique referral link. To learn more about the Referral Process, click here.

You can share your unique referral link with the target people using any of the methods listed on your ‘My Referrals’ Page (i.e., Email/ WhatsApp, SMS/ Facebook/ LinkedIn/ GooglePlus).

After sharing the link, you should approach people personally for better and faster conversion

Drive ApplicationsDrive applications on the projects that are being posted on the portal -

choose the virtual projects or the ones that are based out of your city

Make sure you get at least 10 students to apply

How to get Applications?Forward the application mailer to all your friends

Share the application mailer on your college facebook groupMailer has links for all the social platforms (scroll till the end)

Share the project links (get them from your manager) with the students on your college whatsapp groups, with a short catchy text,

For Eg.: ”Grab an opportunity to work with TripAdvisor via OysterConnect.com and earn stipend upto Rs. 5000. Apply now :http://bit.ly/1rkT3ej”

On-Campus Branding

CRMs who meet the registration & application targets, will be couriered few Posters around OysterConnect.com and Partner Companies

CRMs will be expected to put up these posters in a prominent location, such as Notice board at their campus / hostel

CRMs should click a selfie with the poster in background & should share it with their Project Manager

What are the Deliverables for a CRM?

Campus Relations Manager is expected to achieve the following deliverables

Get 20 students to register (Active & verified)Get 10 students to applyShare your batch information in excel formatShare “OysterConnect.com - For students” presentation with your friendsForward a mail with all the open project details to your friendsPublish the above mentioned mail on FacebookLike / follow us on at least 3 Social Media PlatformsPut up OysterConnect.com poster in your college / hostel area Answer student level queries about OysterConnect.com
