The Switchboard Operator - touches the key of the

incoming call – to receive a call,

- touches the key of the needed subscriber –

to make a call,

- touches the key to transfer a received call to the required destination.

NEOS groups the information

• Extensions and subscribers keys are grouped in folders – up to 500 entries per folder(e.g., Management, Sales, Service).

• Inside a folder keys are arranged by phone numbers, names, departments etc.

The total quantity of keys is limited only by Hipath capacity.

NEOS enables fast operating with VIP calls

Call queue module displays the in-coming calls data.

Up to 28 calls can come simultaneously.

Calls from different subscribers can get into a general or an individual queue.
