Hi

Thanks for purchasing this great portable unit for all your camping power needs.

Please note that owners need to perform a complete run in on the generator before the generator can reach its peak performance.

This can be done by running through 4 tank of fuel. Please also have appliances plug in to the generator when its running in. Customers can usually notice that generator works perfect after just 2 tanks of fuel. I hope that you can try this out and also make sure the economy switch is off if you are running higher power tools.

Please be aware of the power consumption of the tools you are running too as generator will not be able to function normally if the appliance is drawing more power than what the generator can produce. Generally, the max wattage a generator can produce is 0.8 of the maximum rated KVA.
