Nono of these agenci•s expressed a concern that the propo~ed proje~t would· haue a significant effect on trust uses in the area. The agencies did not identify any try~t needs which were not being met by ~xisting .facilitie!!> in the area. Identified trust uses in this aroa would include swimmin1, boating, walking along, the beach, ~nd view~ of the lake.

6. All permits issued al L~ke Tahoe include special language in which the permittee/lessee agrees to protect and replace or restore if requ~red, the habitat of Rorippa s~bumbe11at~. commonly called th~ Tahoe ~ellow Cress, a St~~e-listed endangered plant species.
