Designed by Mark Mills and bulitby Cape Sailboats, the Cape 31 isa no compromise, one designracing speedster. Usuallycrewed with seven people(595kg max crew weight). Nowwith 14 boats already launched,the fleet offers some of theclosest, most exciting one-deisgn racing in the world.

For the 4th time, Cape Town will welcome theCape 31 Invitational Regatta. Thrilling boats, a
world class location, sublime sailing conditions, anextremely competitive fleet and all enjoyed under
the iconic Table Mountain with unique SouthAfrican hospitality, this regatta is quickly
becoming a team favourite on the sailing calendar.
Visiting Cape Town:Voted one of the most beautiful cities in theworld, Cape Town is renown for hosting some ofthe biggest sporting events in the world as wellas being a top tourist destination. Rich in history, natural beauty and a vibrantsocial scene, Cape Town is a city with unrivaledculture and diversity. With countless activities inand around the city to be enjoyed, it will no doubtbe a team favourite and an unforgettableexperience both on and off the water. Arrive early or stay on after the regatta to makethe most of your time in this remarkable city.
Although situated on the tip of the Africancontinent, getting to Cape Town couldn’t be
easier. There are daily direct internationalflights from London, Paris Amsterdam,
Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Doha, Dubai andSingapore.
In addition, there are daily flights, via
Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airportfrom Perth, Bangkok, New York, Miami,Vancouver, Sao Paulo and Bueno Aires.
