Reach: Evidence

• Once your Development Officer has received your submission, we will assess y ,your answers and check we are happy with your assessment and scoreswith your assessment and scores.

• When we are ready to request evidence we will email the contact at your organisation and ask that they send us g ythe requested evidence.

Reach: EvidenceReach: EvidenceHelpful hints & tips:• We will request whatever evidence you have

identified in your submission for three statements for each section. The three statements will be chosen ateach section. The three statements will be chosen at random.

• You will be given a period of 2 to 6 weeks to send th id t Thi d d th b fthe evidence to us. This depends on the number of sections we are asking you for.

Reach Achieved!Wh t h h R h A hi d?What happens when you are Reach Achieved?• Once the evidence for all 12 sections have been

i d d i d ff ill ireviewed and signed off you will receive an email from us congratulating you. W ill th k t l t h t li• We will then ask you to complete a short online surveyO th h b l t d th• Once the survey has been completed then we send you a Reach Achieved logo (with guidance on how you can use the logo)guidance on how you can use the logo) and a certificate.

Reach Achieved!• If you are in a consortium, we can reference all

partners but certificates will be sent to the lead organisation for them to distribute.
