Round Table
My conversation with Jason Staas Tuesday 1/10 /2017 was based upon the approval of the Grand Knight to get this project up and ac-cepted by the council. I will chair this project with Jason our Insurance representative to get this round table up and running with a leader reporting to the Grand Knight. Just to bring you up to fast forward this group would be really essential to our council for these broth-ers are willing to give of themselves the most needed single thing is time allocated to or council 6265 to assure the accomplishments to continue to keep us in a Star council posi-tion and possible double star. This is definitely within our reach with other awards for hours put into our church, and the many more accom-plishments our council is accomplishing .
March 18 th Saturday, we would like to have a barbeque and meeting get together that we can explain to our brothers what this round ta-ble is all about. Speaking from the pulpit Jason Staas, John Hauf, Doug Blais andOscar Gamble so we can sign up these men officially and in-stitute this round table and make it official .
It should be a family get together with wives and possibly young adults who may be inter-ested in becoming Columbian Squires and with that some wives may be interested to join our women's auxiliary, that could use extra help being short of help right now. Jason has sug-gested to make it a special event which i agree he will bring the talent with their equipment to cook and we supply the food to be cooked was recommended by Jason to be flank steak with the normal side dishes and franks and ham-burgers .
We would like to start around 4:00 PM, cooking and serving and after our dinner we could start the introduction to the Knights of Columbus and the round table operation and how it works and how together under the Grand Knight we are all incorporated t in unity and solidarity to accomplish to help the needy and keep our church strong and how together become a star council or better. Any recommendations or suggestions would greatly appreci-ated thanking you all in advance for your help.
Vivat Jesus,
John Hauf
