ErosionThe sediment from the bank-side erosion has
a negative effect on the wildlife. Ten of the rivers in the Eden catchment have over 15% of their length with severe erosion caused by livestock (identified from analysing aerial images). The Rivers trust, tackles bank-side erosion with fencing project.
Meander in the EdenThis is a very small meander which is near the middle of its tracks
The beginning of an ox-bow lakeThis is one phrase of the ox-bow lake to come
