OBJECTIVES
To increase profit by 20% on event nights within 5 months such as: ladies night, karaoke, beer pong
tournaments, and trivia night.
Increase team morale with bartenders and management by implementing goals and contests of the
respected shift.
To increase media presence on Facebook and Instagram by achieving 1,000 new likes and 500 new posts
with the hashtag #THEWESTFIVE.
To increase public awareness by having at least 2,000 people traffic the bar during the 5th Anniversary
celebration week.

Monday- New Menu Roll out doors open at 6pm
Tuesday- Test your brain at Trivia Night, free to play doors open at 6pm game starts at 7:30pm.
Wednesday- So you think you can sing? Karaoke Night 8pm- 12am (free liquid courage shot).
Thursday- The long awaited Beer Pong Tournament. Must RSVP by 10-02-15. Enjoy our coldest beers while you play for the jackpot of $1,200!
Friday- Ladies night!!! Drink specials starting at 8pm till close.
Saturday- Drink specials starting at 9pm for POWER HOUR. DJ Cream live on the set at 10pm.
Sunday- End your week right with Sunday FOOTBALL on over 15 TVs featuring your favorite teams. $0.25 Wings and Pitcher specials starting at $10.

10.08.15---Customer Appreciation Beer Pong Tournament next Thursday, October 8 at THE
WEST FIVE SUPPER CLUB in Hoboken.
To kick off the 5th Anniversary week long celebrations, THE WEST FIVE will be doing
a beer pong tournament. Partners of two will compete in the chance of winning over $1,200. The
fee to enter the tournament will be $100 per team, $30 to the bar to cover all the pitchers of the
game, the rest for the grand prize winner.
Come out to watch the final four try to win some money. Free shots every time the DJ
announces and drink specials all day that include power hour, reduced priced premium drinks
and $3 domestic beers all day.
EVENTS TO COME- LADIES NIGHT
Will be one of our premier events. It will take place every Friday. This will give our female clients more incentive to come in and join the fun, while taking special consideration to our drink specials of the evening.
BEER PONG TOURNAMENTThis a sample picture that will be posted on The West Five Instagram page during the 5th Anniversary week. Takes place every Thursday.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
