Operational Strategy• Administrative and operation of the business is
looked after by Mr. Ahrishbhai, the Manager.• Number of salespeople is 20 and there are 15
helpers.• Weekly 2 days off for helpers and salespeople.• 2 TATA 407 trucks to transport products.• Stocks are maintained on a daily basis.• Design and Styles are changed on a regular
basis.• Just-in-time production strategy is used
Marketing Strategy
• Advertises in the local and hindi newspapers.• Putting up of hoardings during festivals• Mainly target foreign tourists.• Company has joined hands with Tourist
guides.• Guides get 2% commission.• Company joined hands with tour and travels
agencies.
Financial Strategy
• No such financial strategy.• Company got finance from Mr. Mehrajuddin’s
family.• By taking money from the market
manufacturing unit was setup in 1975.• Book of account is maintained on a daily basis.
