• We are targeting a creative, fashion forward socially conscience buyer, young families or students who have an artistic and eclectic flair.

• Our customers are inspired by music, fashion and art, they enjoy interacting with other like-minded people.

• We are focusing on women’s wear there is a small men’s and children’s boutique area.

• Women’s product includes casual dresses, separates and outerwear, prices range from $50 to $400 and sizing ranges from size 0-8.

• Men’s wear ranges from XS- L , and children’s wear from 1-8 years.

• The adjoining courtyard café offers a basic variety of coffee, smoothies and light lunch items, prices on the menu ranging from $3 to $10 dollars. Free wireless internet adds to the atmosphere.

• We are hosting a launch party called ‘Media and Mimosas’ for the local community to come and enjoy a day of family fun with a local DJ and barbeque. We will submit a press release to local papers to help promote the store opening.

• Our customer is an independent shopper, who comes to brose new collections and designers.

• Staff are trained and are extremely knowledgeable on product in store, and their designs.

• We are catering our services based on our customers needs, favoring a customer focused service approach.

• We developed this strategy by conducting a market analysis for the area to see exactly who our customer is and what they want.

• Our customer is a student or young parent who enjoys both art and fashion and who has time to utilize the café space to work on homework or relax with a book and watch the world go by

• We choose to position ourselves in the heart of Gastown because we discovered that there was an untapped market for this type of retailer.

• After analyzing similar local traders and stores in Gastown, it is evident that there is a strong customer base for retail, art and small eateries. Our concept combines all of these elements in a unique retail environment.

• Maintain knowledge of current product, sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
