Business Plan Report and Presentation Task Description You will work in pairs or groups of 3 to generate a report on a Business Plan (products/services) you are going to set-up in Jababeka or in your Hometown. It is the responsibility of the group to observe and investigate the prospective business opportunity. This will be done in the students’ own time, not during class time. As a group, you will then prepare one presentation giving important information related to your Business Plan. Each group member must participate in the investigation, preparation and the delivery of the presentation. Business Plan Report : 750-1000 words Business Plan Presentation : 10 minutes Learning Outcomes On completion of the task, you will be able to; work effectively in a team show initiative in gathering information organize your time effectively and efficiently write/present well-structured, comprehensible report/presentation do research and analyze phenomena, trends, and current issues interpret Charts/Graphs into both spoken and written languages present your research orally to the class (audience) as a group. Task Description

Guide for Business Plan Report

Introduction: State your purpose and objectives of your Business Plan. Based on your observation on current phenomena, trends and issues, provide relevant charts/graphs to support your report.

Details/Findings/Data Analysis: Describe your findings and analysis of your findings in details based on your charts and graphs. Analyze the trends by describing the movement and speed of change. Where necessary, use comparisons, linking, listing, and sequencing.

Recommendations & Conclusions: Considering the current trends and your data analysis, provide your action plan and prospects/predictions (i.e., projected plan to reach Break Even Point).

Guide for Business Plan Presentation

It is important that each group member takes an equal role in the preparation and the delivery of the presentation.

One possible form for the presentation could be:

(For groups of 2 students) Student 1 introduces the group members and gives a brief outline of the presentation and

other elements for an effective introduction in a presentation. Student 2 focuses on the data analysis and/or recommendations & conclusions.

Another possible presentation form could be:
