Answer:If I were Jill Bradshaw, I will choose the second alternative; “I will quit working for MN and go to work immediately for Arthur Andersen.Because;Arthur Andersen business is the Baltic small business division. It is considering as a prestigious national accounting firm with a major presence in international markets. This organization hiring accounts and non accounts to service the tremendous domestic and international growth. They are looking for a very articulate representative person for the business.As I am (Jill) independent, strong willed, self-confident, energetic, and competitive to meet challenge and well enough experienced to meet their demand.

Answer:If Jill decided to start her own business, I would advise her not to start her own business.Because;Starting a new business is more difficult in terms of,

preparing new business plan, organize business elements (men, machines, capital, place and many more), raisins money and prepare perfect management team .

She is inexperienced to starting a new business.Almost impossible to get success within a very short period of time. The probability of achieving business success is very low.
