RequirementsMinimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).Experience:Basic knowledge and experience in office administration, financial and procurement administration.Inherent requirement of the job:Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Competencies (knowledge/skills):Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office).Appropriate clerical experience.Ability to follow through instructions independently.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):General office administration support and duties e.g. typing of reports, general correspondence, fax and photocopy documents.Stock Control.Reception duties.Complete monthly and quarterly statistics.Handle telephonic enquiries.Arrange and co-ordinate meetings.Assist with agendas and minutes for meetings.

RequirementsMinimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.Experience:Practical appropriate experience.Inherent requirement of the job:Valid (Code B) driver’s licence.Competencies (knowledge/skills):Sound knowledge of the Basic Accounting System (BAS) and of all applicable government legislation.Knowledge of the LOGIS payment system.Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.Appropriate experience in an accounting/finance environment.Workable knowledge of PFMA, National and Provincial Treasury Directives.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):Reconcile expenditure and asset and liability accounts on the Basic Accounting System (BAS).Transact payments on LOGIS.Request expenditure and asset and liability reports.Clear asset and liability accounts.Transact BAS journals and BAS payments.Handle supplier queries.Safekeeping of documentation.

RequirementsMinimum educational qualification:Senior Certificate (or equivalent).Experience: Appropriate health information management experience.Competencies (knowledge/skills):Experience and knowledge of Health Information Systems, .e.g. SINJANI, Etr.Net, TIER.net.A working knowledge and experience of current systems utilised by the Department of Health.Knowledge with regard to Hospital and primary health care operational and management data.Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).Good numerical and organisational skills.Good interpersonal, conflict resolution, written and communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):Perform an administrative role as a member of the Information Management Team.Responsible for the general office administration duties of the Information Management Component, e.g. incoming data receipt, handling of telephone enquiries, sending of faxes, filing, capturing of information, reproduction of forms, ordering of stationary.Assist with data quality monitoring, verification and submission to and from Sub-district Information Office in prescribed format and within set time frames and according to the Information Management Policy.Participate in Sub-district’s health information co-ordinating activities.Provide support to the supervisor and colleagues.Assist in monitoring of data trends in the sub-district’s health facilities.
