Announcements

� Members of the Pastor’s Council that will meet tomorrow night are: Officers of the Church & Sunday

School; Chairperson of each standing and ad hoc committee.

� We will be meeting with the Directors of Community & Senior Services of Johnston County to discuss a

“meals on wheels” type of home delivery lunch program for the greater Micro area. We will be

providing the delivery and the CSS will provide the meals. If you are willing to help us deliver meals at

least one day a month or more, please try to come to this meeting or tell the Pastor.

� Due to our growing numbers, we may need to separate the toddlers and infants during the Sunday School

and Worship hours on some occasions. We need four more volunteers to join our nursery list. If you are

willing to help once every two months in the nursery or toddler room, please see the Pastor.

� The Micro FWB Teens are having a fund-raiser to raise money for Cragmont trips in the summer. The

group will be taking orders to “Constructionize” people’s yards with construction cones and barrels. For

a fee, you can have someone’s home “decorated.” Insurance can be purchased to keep your property

clear of construction. Please see Brooks & Katie Moore for more information.

� Annual Youth Lock-In will be March 2, 2012 @ Banner Chapel Church. We will leave the church at

7:00 pm and return the next morning @ 7:00 am. Anyone interested in going please let one of the youth

leaders know. Brooks and Katie Moore; Tiffany Pate; and, Eddie and Lauren Oliver

� North Johnston Middle School needs “End of Grade” testing monitors May 22nd, 23rd, & 24th. Lunch

will be provided. There is a sign-up sheet in the Heritage Room if you can help. We really need to

support these efforts.

� The Micro Woman’s Auxiliary is sponsoring “Undies Sunday” and asking everyone to bring new

packaged underwear to be distributed to those in need in our community. These will be collected each

Sunday through March 25th. Please place in the box in the Heritage Room.

� We are still collecting “Prom Dresses” to give away this Spring. Please drop them off by the Hinnant

Outreach Center or give to Marsha House.

� We are seeking volunteers with video and Power Point experience to help us with the Worship services.
