AFRICA

A & B G. | E. Africa | They are moving to a new, undisclosed location this fall, where they will be learning a tourism busi-ness. Their intention is to run the business, which will give them a platform to build relationships and train others in tourism.

Heather J. | N. Africa | Heather is working with refugees in an undisclosed location of North Africa. These refugees have been relocated to this area for decades. She teaches English and builds relationships, sharing her relationship with Jesus.

John & Ajulo Omot | Life Way Missions Intl.: Kenya/S. Sudan | Pastor John travels from Nairobi to remote, war-torn areas of South Sudan to train church leaders and youth. He is an evangelist in an area under Islamic control, but continues to shepherd the growing number of believers in this difficult place.

John & Becky P. | N. Africa & Middle East | John and Becky oversee projects, which are supporting Moroccan and Afri-can immigrant families. They support and encourage sev-eral house church gatherings of Moroccan believers. They also disciple and mentor many of the sub-Saharan Africans, teaching them how to live and share their faith with their Muslim neighbors and co-workers.

Katie R. | N. Africa | Katie teaches second grade at a small in-ternational Christian school where she is able to live out her faith and impact families. She is also part of a team whose focus is to look for opportunities to engage with those around them who are seeking truth in this predominantly Muslim country.

Steve & Gina Wintermantel | AIM/CVI: S. Sudan | Steve and Gina work alongside the church leaders in Torit, South Sudan to disciple and mobilize young adults to become disci-ple-makers and church planters in the surrounding villages. They also provide training in sustainable farming methods and animal husbandry, resulting in better nutrition for the South Sudanese.

Martin & Margit W. | N. Africa | Martin and Margit are regularly and consistently sharing the gospel with unreached Muslims. They are discipling new and young believers, seeking to see these disciples make other disciples and form new faith communities.

ASIA

Thearith & Angela C. | YWAM: SE Asia | Thearith and Angela work with at-risk-children in impoverished areas of South-east Asia, releasing the Father’s love and coaching others in their ministry. Thearith also oversees a prayer room ministry within their organization.

Mike & Maria D. | Partners International: SE Asia | Mike and Maria’s ministry focuses on training and sending out local believers to share the gospel and to establish churches for those who respond. They equip the Christians to reach out to their co-workers, neighbors and schoolmates.

Duane Dietze | EFCA/Tokyo Multicultural Church: Japan | Duane is part of a church-planting organization spreading the gospel throughout Japan. The vision is to plant a Christ-cen-tered, Bible-based, disciple-making church for many nations celebrating the God-given diversity of Tokyo. Duane is part of the preaching team and disciples believers in many stages of their journey in following Christ.

Josh & Josie Dyck | Ethnos 360: Remote Accountant for SE Asia Josh and Josie resource church planters/translators among remote people groups across Indonesia in partnership with a national mission organization. They also provide oversight for finances, communications, and member care for person-nel.

JJ & Lily G. | SE Asia | JJ and Lily work alongside indigenous Christian leaders in Southeast Asia to access unreached peo-ple with the gospel and affect positive community change through relief and development.

Jamal & Susan H. | Global Hope Network International: Middle East | Jamal leads a team of 40 people in Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon showing God’s love in practical ways by blessing refugees with blankets, clothing, shoes and care packs. Glob-al Hope runs several clinics as well, offering both medical and dental services. Dozens of refugee families have come to the Lord and are growing in their faith.

Kipp & Anna L. | SE Asia | Kipp and Anna help run a holistic, vocational boarding school for students, ages 17-23 from poor villages in rural areas, giving them skills to support themselves and their families.

Mike & Rachel | SE Asia | Mike and Rachel serve the Lord by providing community and personal services to those in need. They move between a small collection of neighborhoods to create unity so that God’s love can be magnified.

Janine R. | ReachBeyond: Cyprus | Janine has served in Asia and South America, but is now reaching into cultures that need to be nameless for her safety and the success of her ministry. Janine uses social media to connect with people who desire to learn English. Through this type of ministry, she is able to develop relationships and share the gospel.

Tom & Jen Atwater | Orphanos: Medellin, Colombia | The Atwa-ter’s ministry is three pronged: 911 Family, the International Training and Equipping Center, and the 911 Worship Room. This organization seeks to pour out God’s love in practical and tangible ways to those in need while training others to do the same in their own communities.

Dick & Ruth Hidalgo-Robinson | River Wind: Peru | Dick and Ruth work with indigenous peoples in the Peru Amazon ba-sin to build thriving communities that serve God’s Kingdom. They utilize oral/aural Bible story teaching methods, as well as Servant Leadership materials from Development Associ-ates International.

Doug & Barb Lamp | OneChallenge Intl.: Brazil | Doug and Barb serve under a Brazilian mission agency that equips pastors, leaders, and national missionaries in ways to be effective and impactful. Doug disciples leaders and Barb is a national coordinator who aids in the formation of small study/care groups for pastors’ wives and woman pastors.

Bio & Derida Ochaeta | Global Development: Guatemala | Bio and Derida are serving at the “Paths of Hope” Discipleship and Vocational Training Center, where young men are taught the Word of God, trained in areas of carpentry, welding and mechanics; and given the opportunity to continue their education. They also work closely with a network of local churches providing leadership training and pastoral care.

Phil & Valeree Poulson | Ethnos 360: Brazil | As a part of the Ethnos 360 leadership team, Phil and Valeree encourage, clarify vision, and provide guidance for field worker teams planting churches among the least reached peoples of the Amazon.

Dave & Sue Rodman | Ethnos 360: Venezuela | After 29 years of living in the Amazon jungle planting churches, Dave and Sue now work in the city providing support and discipleship to the churches they helped plant. They also serve on a na-tional team that seeks to translate the Bible into untranslated languages.

Carlos & Alicia Scott | GloCal Mission: Argentina | Carlos and Alicia are leaders in a ministry that mobilizes Latin Ameri-can churches and equips Spanish-speaking field workers for service. They travel extensively to reach their goal of forming transformational communities of Christ at both the local and global level.

Tim & Betty Wyma | Ethnos 360: Bolivia/Brazil | Tim and Betty minister in Latin American, focusing on three groups; the ethnic Ayore church leaders, Spanish-speaking international students, and church planting teams within the tribes of Bo-livia. They also check Bible translations for the Spanish and Portuguese teams.

NORTH AMERICA

Dana & Carolyn Belton | SIM: North Carolina Headquarters | Dana and Carolyn are working at the SIM USA headquarters in Charlotte to help the 700+ American long-term missionar-ies serving around the globe. They will use their experience on the field in Zambia to provide direction, guidance and encouragement.

David & Kristen Burson | Ethnos 360: Florida Headquarters | David creates computer software to aid workers reaching people groups around the world who have no access to the Gospel in their language. Their specialized software caus-es workers to be dramatically more efficient in translation efforts.

Brian & Tricia Fink | North American Indigenous Ministries: Saskatchewan, Canada | Brian and Tricia work at building and maintaining relationships for the purpose of spiritual and social reconciliation among First Nations people.

Tom & Ann H. | Pioneers: Canada | The Helgersons reach out to least-reached immigrants and refugees in Canada from Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist or Sikh background. Much of their time is spent training churches in disciple-making principles so that they can reach the least-reached in Canada.

Naomi Leenhouts | SIM: Member Care, North Carolina HQ | Naomi is working with SIM’s Member Care department. She is part of a ministry that offers training, mentoring, and encouragement to people who are going to the field for the first time, as well as those that are returning home.

Jerry & Susy McNally | Living Hope, Intl: Esperanza Viva in Puebla, Mexico | Jerry and Susy are part of a radical ministry dedicated to rescuing extremely at-risk children. They train them through their orphanage, which serves as a K-12 school and youth center. They also work with long-term and short-term mission teams.

Jeff & Becky Meyer | CRU: Accounting, Florida HQ | Jeff’s role as part of CRU’s Reporting & Budgeting Team helps provide strategic financial resources to ministry leadership and over 60 ministries. This involves partnering with ministries to streamline financial processes.

Ralph & Linda Mierow | Fellowship of Christian Athletes: WI, Statewide | Ralph is the state representative for FCA in Wis-consin, and serves athletes and coaches in middle schools, high schools, and colleges in a multitude of ways during the school year and through an extensive camp ministry in the summer.

Jonathan & Jenny Roundy | Ethnos 360: IT, North Carolina Jonathan and Jenny support church planting and Bible translation among unreached people groups as an IT Sys-tems Administrator for the data center that serves Ethnos 360 members globally.

Erich & Kelly Schindler | Shepherd’s Staff: Taiwan | Running a ministry café, these field workers utilize food and community as a means to gain interest and attendance in church. Even though the café is just a few years old, it has found incredi-ble success by combining the bread that is God’s word with an American-style brunch, pasta and sandwiches.

Donior & Yasmeen | Middle East | Donior and Yasmeen (pseudonyms) are building relationships with displaced Irani-an believers, strengthening and supporting churches where they are currently located.

Dan & Devri Wickwire | Frontier Alliance International: N. Cyprus Dan and Devri are working on the Turkish side of North Cy-prus where they are involved in church planting among Cy-priot Turks, as well as women’s discipleship, children’s clubs, and a daily prayer house ministry. They lead a three-month training school for new missionaries, teaching them to work with refugees in the Middle East.

Christina Winrich | OMF: Obihiro, Japan | Christina is involved in an active community-type ministry working directly under a Japanese pastors. She helps bring Christ into the lives of those who need it by offering services and classes that tend to be popular among Japanese culture. Christina specifically teaches three English classes and volunteers at the church café.

Malcolm & Julie Clegg | Navigators: Poland & Central Europe | Malcolm and Julie come alongside the people of their region to encourage and strengthen them to be godly men and women in their workplaces and society through Bible-study groups and one-on-one meetings.

Carlos & Yolanda Gomez | Equip: Madrid, Spain | Carlos and Yolanda are church planters in Madrid. Their time is spent sharing God’s love through word and deed with people they meet so that they can hear that God has a plan for them. They then help them join a church or form a group which, in time, becomes a church where they can grow in knowledge of God.

Timo & Manu Heimlich | Reach Global-Berlin: Berlin, Germany | The Heimlich’s support a movement of new, gospel initiatives leading to multiplying churches in secular and influential Berlin, Germany. They build bridges between US churches, fieldworkers, German leaders, and migrants from different countries and generations.

JoAnne Klandrud | LCC International University: Lithuania | JoAnn works as the Intercultural Coordinator at LCC In-ternational University in Lithuania, a Christian liberal-arts university in Europe. LCC is comprised of students from 40 countries and gives students an education with a Christian worldview.

Mariano & Fanny Pineda | International Teams/One Collective: Santiago, Spain | Mariano and Fanny Pineda serve at a cru-cial point along a very famous pilgrimage route in Europe. The Pineda family offer hospitality through a guest house ministry, providing spiritual evangelism and discipleship as thousands of people pass through every year.

Diet & Jan Schindler | TEAM: Frankfurt, Germany | Diet and Jan have dedicated their lives to planting churches in Germany. Diet has lectured extensively on church planting, church development, and leadership, training leaders across Europe, the USA, and Canada. Jan ministers to women one-on-one and serves in worship.

Ray & Susan Stensgard | Greater Europe Mission: Brussels, Bel-gium | Ray and Susan equip and train leaders in their church in Brussels. They also lead Bible studies, offer personal life coaching, marriage & child rearing seminars, personal coun-seling and mentoring to help deepen relationships with the people of Belgium and play a greater role in investing their lives in the lives of others.

Jill advises translation teams in bringing God’s Word to those desiring in-depth, long-term discipleship in their heart language. Larry’s focus is expanding partnerships with the global church.

Joe & Kay H. | SIM: Worldwide | Joe and Kay connect people around the world who desire transformation in areas where Jesus is least known. They help by developing spiritual, med-ical and business-as-mission projects. They also spearhead projects that will assist in resourcing missionaries from Africa and Asia to the rest of the world.

Dave & Rebecca H. | New Generations: Chicago/Worldwide Dave and Rebecca are involved in both global and local ministries from their base in Chicagoland. They do training and coaching of disciple-making movements (DMM) around the world. They are also working locally to catalyze a broad partnership of Christians to make disciples and plant church-es among immigrants and refugees.

Nate & Dawn Kruger | Wycliffe Global Alliance: Worldwide Dawn serves as the Communication Director for Wycliffe, providing direction and guidance for the task of Bible trans-lation to be theologically sound and within the greater story of the mission of God, involving field workers across the Wycliffe organization. Nate currently serves as a mission-ary-in-residence for their sending churches.

Dave & Pam Lovett | Operation Mobilization: Central & South Asia | Dave and Pam lead OM’s ministries in Central and South Asia which includes 12 countries. They work with an executive leadership team to oversee, train, coach, and support 400 field workers. In addition, they are mobilizing churches in the new sending nations of Asia, Africa, and Lat-in America to reach the least reached.

Mark & Ayuna Nelson | Global Serve Intl.: Florida/Worldwide | Mark and Ayuna help train and mobilize future field workers to go to the least reached people groups in closed countries across the globe.

Steve & Julie Olsen | Tyrannus Hall: Europe and beyond | Steve and Julie establish and nurture small residential communities of university students in Europe and South Asia that seek to train disciples in a like manner to Jesus. These training cen-ters of 12-16 men or women prepare university students over the course of 3-5 years to impact the marketplace for Christ.

Don & Lynda Pederson | Ethnos 360: Worldwide | Don and Lynda assist teams planting churches among unreached people groups to learn the language and culture, develop literacy programs, and produce materials used in presenting the gospel. This is accomplished by organizing on-field train-ing and producing software to speed up the work.

Mike & Donna Sigfrids | Athletes in Action: Europe | Mike and Donna’s mission is to share Christ with coaches and athletes, and disciple them to influence their campus, sport, commu-nity, and world. They work with churches and AIA ministries on University campuses in the US and in many European countries.

Robert & Carol Strauss | Worldview Resource Group: Worldwide Worldview Resource Group provides training and consult-ing to global leaders regarding a worldview approach to cross-cultural ministry. Robert is the President and CEO, taking responsibility for its administration.

NEW FIELD WORKERS

Brooke Bateman | Wycliffe Bible Translators: Romania | Brooke Bateman, will be working with the Global Sign Language Team based in Romania. Brooke grew up in a home with parents who are deaf and intends to use her skills to develop sign language for this largely unreached people group.

Andrew & Megan Florestano | Navigators: South Dakota State Andrew will be serving as the interim director at South Dakota State University for the next calendar year. Andrew will be overseeing the campus-wide ministry. Meg will be working with students part-time as she pursues a Master’s in counseling.

Sam & Meghan Gryzwa | CRU: New York City | Sam & Meghan are working with a team to develop student-led seeker Bible studies at three institutions of higher learning in New York City. These bastions of liberal progressive thought and social reform have proven to be a difficult environment for religious expression and spiritual growth.

Emily Lorentz | Navigators: Ottawa, Canada | Emily Lorentz, will be the campus director overseeing the ministry on the campuses of Ottawa University and Carleton College where she has served for the last two years. Emily desires that the students of these universities would understand Jesus and his teachings and understand their identity as children of God.

LOCAL GRANTS

PRISM Economic Development Corporation In partnership with Parklawn Assembly of God, PRISM EDC exists to provide the Sherman Park Community access to resources that result in sustained economic growth and human flourishing. This summer, PRISM EDC is launching the first incubator kitchen in Milwaukee. Located in Sherman Park, Upstart Kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with wrap-around services to support food entrepreneurs in the city to start or scale their business.

HOPE STREET MINISTRY Hope Street is the Greenhouse for People on 26th & Capitol. Helps broken men, women, and children cultivate hope by providing a safe environment for building community, de-veloping self-sufficiency and experiencing the love of Jesus Christ.

International Language Center and Tutoring Located on the South Side of Milwaukee, ILCT provides a safe learning space for refugees coming into Milwaukee. The center provides lessons for those with all levels of English functional language skills and opportunities for building re-lationships through conversation. Homework help is offered for middle and high school students in the evenings.

COMMUNITY WAREHOUSE/PARTNER’S IN HOPE Community Warehouse also serves the people of Milwaukee through tangible and practical efforts to supply affordable goods to rebuild neighborhoods. Partner’s in Hope(PIH) seeks to rebuild homes, rebuild lives and rebuild families by developing faith, nurturing hope, and modeling love in life and work. PIH works towards this purpose through positive mentoring relationships with law enforcement, faith, and business communities, and by providing accountability, em-ployment, and resources necessary for success.

WISCONSIN INMATE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION In impoverished communities, some of the most influential gatekeepers are the individuals or groups who organize and perpetuate crime. If you want to dramatically change struggling communities, you start with those gatekeepers. WIEA’s initiative is built on a proven system to transform gatekeepers whose influence is rooted in criminal activi-ty. Change starts in prisons with inmates and spreads to families and communities around the state. WIEA gives inmates the opportunity to receive theological training while incarcerated through a partnership with Trinity International University.

GLOBAL GRANTS

MISSION OF HOPE Mission of Hope (MOH) works along-side the local churches to ensure that there is a gospel wit-ness beyond the provision of food supplies in their feeding program. Through their centers, they seek to bring about healthy churches, economies, people and schools. This is one of our multi-pronged partnerships, being recipients of meal packs, multiple short-term teams, & staff exchanges.

OM BANGLADESH OM Bangladesh cares for vulnerable people and pioneers work among different communities in the 10-40 window. While OM serves in 110 countries, the Bangladesh office has been tasked with being a refuge in the wake of multiple natural disasters. This organization has also been resourcing the stateless Rohingya refugees that have fled Myanmar.

KIRCHE AM START Kirche am Start is a church network in Offenbach, Germany, reaching the immigrant community that lives near Frankfurt. The goal of Kirche am Start is to grow missional communities meeting in homes and restau-rants. Recently, have added a location piloting a coffee shop as the catalytic launching space for their next cluster of communities. Elmbrook is partnering with Kirche am Start to ensure the successful launching of this location.

CONGO INITIATIVE The Congo Initiative was established to bring Christian transformation in the Democratic Repub-lic of the Congo. Their work engages in key areas where intervention is needed: education, Christian vocation, holistic family development, governance and economic development. The vision began with the Christian Bilingual University of Congo to develop a community of Christ-cen-tered Congolese leaders who will help create a flourishing DRC. It has expanded to include schools for marginalized children, counseling services, vocational training, mentor-ing of entrepreneurs, church renewal, and justice initiatives.
