WEEK ONE

Hello and Welcome I would like to take this

opportunity to welcome you all to the Buderim Mountain OSHC

program for Dec and Jan. Thank you for your patience, the team and I appreciate it greatly.

We feel it is important to expose children to many

different environments and activities so that they can

establish their own identities. Our goal is to endorse everyday life skills along with promoting abilities, nurturing individuality

and confidence. Educators will always show support in a positive manner

and treat all children with kindness and understanding.

We would love to hear feedback from our families in regards to

our daily program so please feel free to speak to a member of

our team.

Risk assessments will be available to all families to view

for both incursions and excursions.

Due to the ratings, children may only watch G or PG

movies. Staff will accompany children in movie session times.

During movie sessions there will be other quiet activities available for children to take part in if they don’t wish to

watch the movie.

2nd Jan.

Technology is welcome, strictly timed sessions

during the day. Children will have quiet

times from 12.30pm- 2pm to relax. Many quiet

activities will be supplied to keep children engaged.

Children are invited to

wear their favorite Christmas outfit everyday

this week.

Please remember to send your child/children along with a drink bottle, lunch, healthy snacks and a hat

each and every day. We do reapply sunscreen

at regular intervals.

On days where children will be on an excursion

they MUST have covered in shoes, hats and all belongings in a small

backpack that they are able to carry themselves.
