STEPS IN MGW: 1 Terminate the optical STM port 2 .Modify the Error check algorithm to CRC4 Algorithm. (crc4 is used for BSC defn ET and they r defined same on both the ends MSS and the BSC for POI we define dblf since its a multi party) 3. Check for Loop break.(Checking physical connectiviy) 4. Create ATER with specified pool as per plan. 5. Make through Connection Signaling 6. Create Link 7. Create Linkset 8. Create Routset. 9. Create CGR 10. ADD ACPCM into CGR 11. Activate Signaling Links in MGW

Post Configuration Activity: After Configuration activity in MSS/MGW, CRF Executor must take care of following activities:

1 Create Test BTS as per CRF Provided by RF Engineer

2 Test BTS cell should be in Unlocked Administrative Mode.

3 Arrange for Drive Test Engineer for Call Testing

4. When call Mature successfully than BSC Creation and call Testing activity is accomplished . .
