Bronto Skylift HDT is an all-round aerial ladder

platform for fire departments and industrial

Heavy Duty Telescopic (HDT)

The HDT units range in height from 32 to 54 metres and

can be mounted on all major chassis brands. Their compact

structure allows them to reach the required destination

easily with zero tail-swing and they provide a good up-

andover capability.

Everything essential is always on board: a fully equipped

rescue cage, a high-capacity waterline and rescue ladders.

Optional accessories available for the cage include powerful

work lights, a rescue chute, power outlets for electricity,

compressed air and hydraulics for tools, and a breathing air

outlet for safe rescue and extinguish missions.

The unit can be equipped with any commercial fire pump,

water/foam tanks and foam systems. The up-and-over reach

of the aerial platform is an invaluable feature when working

over roofs and parapets.

Based on the many features and benefits, it is no wonder

that the HDT units are used today in over 100 countries and

content of the mutual agreement can be fully customised

according to your needs. It can cover the annual inspections

and service visits, but it can also include more detailed

inspections, other maintenance activities and spare parts.

When the emergency arises, confidence in operator skills

is crucial. For your teams safety our IPAF-certified field

engineers provide operator and maintenance training for all

new units. Content, location and the depth of the training

can be tailored and additional training is always available

where ever you need it.
