The final report will be submitted for publication to “Current Oncology”; a peer reviewed, Canadian based and internationally distributed journal, representing a multi- disciplinary medium, encompassing health care workers in the field of cancer therapy to report upon and to review progress in the management of this disease. Overall learning objectives of this program: At the end of this program learner will be able to: • Describe the optimal treatment of medical, radiation and surgical treatment of Gastrointestinal Cancers. • Summarize the 2014 GI Consensus and WC5. • Explain what happens to the colorectal cancer survivor after treatment. • Interpret optimal management of malignancy in the liver; metastatic and primary and SBRT for oligometastatic disease. Outcome: • Obtain consensus on new or emerging therapies. • Publication in “Current Oncology”. • Discuss standards of care in rectal and Gastro-intestinal cancer. Target Audience From ON, PQ, NB, NS, PEI, NF: Medical and Radiation Oncologists. Oncology Surgeons.

Goal: The goal of this conference is to produce a consensus opinion produced by oncologists and allied health profes-sionals from across Eastern Canada for the purpose of recommending management strategies for patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) and selected gastrointestinal cancers.
