Step 1: Peel back protective

sticker to expose rubber­covered

point of insertion.

Step 2: Push collection tube into

the transfer port.

Urine automatically fills tube with

the specimen.

Step 3: Observe the filled tube to

assure adequate specimen

collection.

Step 4: Label the filled tube with

the patient/client information and

info required by your agency or

practice.

Step 5: Remove the lid from the

cup and dispose of in a needle

disposal container.

Dispose of collection cup per your

organizations policy.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Orders will be given a sales order confirmation number at the time of the order. Faxed or emailed orders will receive a confirmation within 24 hours from receipt of order.Mail in orders will receive either a call, fax or email if the P.O. requests a confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME AND FREIGHT CHARGES

Cut-off: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM (EST)

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Normal shipments are sent via UPS Ground Service, however priority can be requested at an additional charge.

Orders can be called in, faxed or emailed. Should you choose to call in your order and follow up with a written confirmation either by mail or fax, please be sure to indicate boldly "Confirmation order - Do Not Duplicate" to avoid double shipments.
