ICEWM2019 (referred to as “the Conference”) is organised bythe Environmental Management & Research Association ofMalaysia (ENSEARCH) with company registration number, 70/84WP(referred to as “the Organizer”). In consideration of the Organizer’sacceptance of your registration for the event, you hereby agree to abideby the following terms and conditions.  TERMS AND CONDITIONS1.Registration Fees Registration fees are inclusive of programme materials, luncheon andrefreshments.2.Payment TermsFollowing completion and return of the registration form, full paymentis required within 5 working days from receipt of invoice. PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be received prior to the date to secureentrance. A receipt will be issued upon successful payment. 7. Cancellation & RefundCancellations must be done in writing to Ms. Vishal [email protected] by 24th August 2019 (1 monthbefore the event date) to obtain a full refund. Refunds aresubject to an administrative fee of RM100.00. There will be norefunds for cancellations received after 24th August2019.If this Conference is interfered with in any way or is not capable ofbeing organized as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyondthe reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves theright, in its absolute discretion, to modify the Conference, postpone,terminate or cancel the Conference, as appropriate by serving you aprior written notice. The Organizer shall not be responsible for anylosses, postponement, termination or cancellation of the Conference.For clarity, the registration fees paid will be refunded in full with noadministrative charges. Please allow for 4 weeks from the date of theConference for refunds.8.Miscellaneous CostsAll costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred or to beincurred in relation to the Conference, which shall include butnot limited to the costs of transportation, accommodation, email,postage/courier and/or any other costs, shall be borneseparately by you.9.Exclusion of LiabilityYou shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of anymishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death)resulting from your participation in the Conference.
