BCI began in 1993 as a fiber optical communication division of our parent

company Physical Optical Corporation (POC), R&D company for US

government and military. POC staff over 175 highly skilled employees, 70 of

whom hold PhD. POC.s military –grade products have been fielded in 71

DOD/DOE installations.

In September 2000, BCI spun off as an independent Company
