DIVISION EVALUATION AND VALIDATION OF 2017 BRIGADA ESKWELA

BEST SCHOOL IMPLEMENTERS

To: Chief Education Supervisor - SGOD/OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Education Program Supervisors School Heads/Officer-In-Charge (Public Elementary, JHS/SHS) ASP/Brigada Eskwela Coordinators All Others Concerned

1. To give due recognition to schools whose efforts in the implementation of the BrigadaEskwela Program are exemplary, this Office announces the conduct of the DivisionEvaluation and Validation of 2017 Brigada Eskwela Best School Implementers withthe theme "!sang DepEd, !sang Pamayanan, !sang Bayanihan Para sa Handa at Ligtasna Paaralan."

2. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 43, s. 2017, the field is hereby informed of theDivision evaluation and validation process to appraise the 2017 Brigada Eskwela BestSchool Implementers which will compete at the regional level.

3. The evaluation and validation process aims to:a. identify the 2017 Brigada Eskwela Best School Implementers ( elementary and

secondary) in the Division level under the following categories - Small, Medium,

Large, and Mega;b. provide technical assistance; andc. appreciate efforts of schools and their stakeholders in readying and preparing for the

opening of classes which will start on June 5, 2017.

4. For information, guidance and reference of all concerned, the following are enclosed:a. Evaluation and Validation Timeline of Activitiesb. Division Brigada Eskwela Appraisal Teamc. Division Brigada Eskwela Evaluation Tool

5. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged to Adopt-A-SchoolProgram (ASP) Support Fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules andregulations.
