Coordinated all aspects of a $134,000 grant from the State of Florida to provide intensive content training for 200 teachers (grades K-12) in 8 different subject areas. Reorganized and directed changes in entire filing system for the division of Management Information Services. Standardized all procedure manuals and streamlined reporting system for the division. Designed and developed a charge-back algorithm for all aspects of data processing services. Reorganized and updated a 200-page policy handbook. Researched law and policies concerned with all levels of educational functions of a county school system.
