The idea

Creating a platform for people to come collabo-rate and share traditional recipes to bake bread:

- sharing not just the recipies but the historic or cultural importance of the bread;- giving an insight as to the usage of the bread in their community;- starting with London and Italy as the epicentre and spreading it around the continent and beyond.

So that the native, traditional bread baking and the values associated from a country, can reach the nook and corners of the world.

- use Instagram, Twitter for collaboration purpose, for instant pic updates and sharing recipies in a twitter feed;

- socializing the up coming events;

- constantly providing feedback to participants from the bake offs and encouraging them to orga-nize the same events in their locality.
