head. Lift the head and legs at the same time. Lie on the stomach on the floor. Jump up quickly. Jump up and down on both feet. The feet must be close

together. Then hop a couple of times on one leg and then touch the floor.

Fold the arms and walk sideways without crossing the legs (crab-walk).

Eendag, terwyl Rooikappie se pappa besgi was om hout af te kap, sien een van die ander mans skielik ‘n wolf—’n groot kwaai wolf wat tussen die bome deur hardloop. Die mans het geweet dat ‘n wolf vleis eet en as ‘n wolf regtig baie honger is sal hy ‘n mens ook eet.

Die volgende môre bak Rooikappie se mamma ‘n klomp lekker broodjies. Sy dink dit is ‘n goeie plan om ook vir Rooikappie se ouma van die broodjies te stuur. Rooikappie se ouma het aan die ander kant van die bos in haar eie huisie gebly.

Haar mamma roep toe vir Rooikappie en sȇ: “Bring gou ‘n mandjie en vat vir jou ouma ‘n paar broodjies om te eet. Vat ook sommer vir haar ‘n botteltjie met konfyt saam. En loop reguit na jou ouma se huisie en pas op vir die wolf hoor”!.

Rooikappie het dadelik haar jassie aangetrek en haar rooi kappie opgesit en gesȇ: “Ja, Mamma, “ maar die arme Rooikappie het nie eens geweet hoe ‘n wolf lyk nie.

Rooikappie maak toe soos haar mamma gesȇ het en een-twee-drie stap sy vrolik met die paadjie langs die bos na haar ouma se huisie toe.

Wat Rooikappie nie sien nie, is die honger ou wolf wat agter die boom staan en vir haar loer.
