According to Axonn, one of the United Kingdom's top content marketing agencies, more than half of online visitors have unfollowed a brand name because of boring content or repetitive sales figures.

Online shoppers have a notoriously short attention span. With a majority of online business actively pursuing customers through social media, capturing and holding the attention of an online shopper is becoming much more difficult.

The world of social media contains peaks and valleys. Aggressive companies that engage followers with appealing content enjoy life on top of the mountain. Those businesses filling social media outlets with tedious sales figures, and reports spend most of the day lost in the "valley of missed sales".
