Steps involved in setting up Booking social
Step 1 : Sign up free Booking Social account
Stet 2 : launch Booking Social setup page
Step 3 : Define the manage services
Add new service record and click save
Validate Service Definition
Step 4 : Configuration Setting
1. Define additional information that can be presented in “Booking” screen.(e.g: This can be contact information or future list of events, etc)
2. Header image that you would like to display on “Booking” screen3. Custom background image/color to be used for “Booking” screen4. When the appointment is booked, the configured style will be applied
for booked slots5. Local configuration for date selection on “Booking” screen6. Footer notes for “Booking” screen(e.g: it can have copyright, legal
links)
Configure Other Settings
1. Define number of days in future you want your clients to book appointment2. If there is a default expert defined for a service, than do you want the booking system to assign new service request to the default expert3. Whether we need to send email notification to expert on assignment of work or not.(In expert definition if DND is enabled for expert than expert will not get email as expert opts not to email)4. If expert notification is enabled, the email template that is used for email communication5. For all email communication that happen via “Booking Social” this is the reply to address6. Appointment confirmation email template for client7. Check this if you like to send SMS on booking. To make this work we need to define SMS integration tools like Twilio in next tab
