BODY-MIND SHAPING CAMP

•This camp is not about weight reduction but awakening
the inner potential and learn to use it properly for living
a healthy, happy and harmonized life.
•This human body is not just about eating, sleeping and
running after sensory objects of world, which are just
perishable, but to unveil the divine potential and go
beyond all the limitations, even that of disease and
death.
•There is an immense energy source present within the
human body.
•Food doesn’t survive us but the life-force, we usually
name as God or Divine Energy does.
• By connecting to that source, our life-experience can
be enriched substantially such that our life personifies
energy, ecstasy, existence.
The Central Idea
•Complete health is a necessary outcome of connecting
to this source.
•This life-force is centred inside the body and to
connect with it, we need to keep body clean-light &
mind focused inside.
•This connection shapes our body and mind in perfect
form, and keeps them free from diseases, disorders &
distress.
•Diet restrictions & medicines/supplements diminish
the body potential and make it dependent & weak.
•Medicines may remove obstacles or correct anomaly
but they don’t deal with the root cause of illness &
hence can’t restore health.
• People came with so many problems viz. diabetes, high BP,
asthma, thyroid, migraine, joint's pain, weakness, chronic
constipation, nervous system and sleeping disorders etc.
• But all their medicines, even steroids & insulin were stopped
from very first day, however, medical checkups were done
regularly.
• Yet their health & energy showed startling improvement in
reports & in real.
• All the diabetics were comfortable even without medicine
and their sugar level was brought within normal range.
• Despite very little diet and extremely rigorous exercise
routine, participants felt much more energetic and healthy.

•Sugar and Thyroid levels came in the desired ideal

• Day started at 4 with cleansing exercises over 6-8 glasses of
warm saline water and 5-6 herbal/liquid diets were given in
whole day.
• Long sessions of Surya Kriya stimulated the brain and
regulated the overall system while Agni Kriya stimulated the
fire in navel region and burnt the toxins. They both provided
with immense energy.
• Sanjivani Kriya & Tibetan 5-Rites helped in channelizing the
prana throughout the body and setting the rhythm of body-
mind right.
• Laughter sessions and divine songs/dancing not just refreshed
but rejuvenated the body-mind and relieved all the
negativity.
• The complete science/theory was discussed in detail and
doubts were addressed openly to clear them for once and all.

Detailed Report
� Sleep for 6-8 hours and take dinner 2-3 hours before
going to bed. Disengage from TV, computer, phone an
hour before sleep.
� Don’t drink tea in morning rather drink warm lime water
and do some stretching for 20 odd minutes to move your
bowels.
� Take juice, soup, fruits in breakfast but no milk or
tea/coffee and no fried/cooked food until lunch. You may
take liquids 2-3 times before lunch.
� Drink 1-2 glass of water half hour before lunch and eat
peacefully.
� Devote 30-60 minutes to yoga and meditation everyday.
� Always be happy and positive and help others.
Health Tips
•These camps do not offer a dieting program. They
constitute a spiritual journey that starts from and
focuses on the physical – whose wellbeing is essential
for the overall spiritual growth.
• The idea is to help every individual connect to the
source of energy present within him/her.
• Successful completion implies total awakening and
strengthening of the fire element in the body – the
key to health, longevity and spiritual evolution.
