Goal

Certified Associates can achieve superior CSI.

To identify, recognize and reward TCS consultants with BO skillsets

To sustain and boost Technical skills throughout the BO

consultants community in TCS

Internal certification program aimed to evaluate and certifyBusiness Objects expertise in the organization

Fulfills the current need for a Certification Program required on BO

products

Serve as a Foundation test for taking Business Objects Certified

Professional (BOCP) External Program

Criteria for Appearing

Recommendations received from individual and through

PLs/GLs/AMs

Consultant should have at least 1 year of IT experience

Consultant should have at least 1 year of experience in BO suite

of products

Recommendations should reach L&D Group or Business Objects

Center of Excellence at least 15 Days prior to the Certification

examinations

Eligibility to appear an Examination will be evaluated by Learning

& Development Group based on above mentioned guidelines.

Steps for Registration

1. Register for the Internal Certification Exam on iCalms

2. At the time of the exam, follow the guidelines of the L&D Group

at your respective location and register on BIPM Ascent

Please note that Registrations and Cancellations (if any) have to

be completed atleast 3 days prior to the exam date.

Failure to comply with the above will lead to the registration

being counted as an attempt

Registration for a Quiz

You need to perform the registration and

enter the Test based on the allotted time.

In the registration form, answer the

questions (e.g. the suitable date and time

when you will be available for taking the

test) If necessary put comments.

Once the Administrator approves the test

you will see the time allotted to take the test.

Approval of Registration for a Quiz

Once registration is done by all associates then ISU - L&D may

consolidate the list and send an email to ([email protected]

[email protected]) or SAP BI/BO COE confirming the same and

also the date and desired start timing for exam at your center.

Entering a Quiz

Read the instructions carefully. It might have a hyperlink for

a reference document for the entire quiz.

Do not exit (Click on Windows Close etc.) without

submitting the quiz

If you exit without submitting, you will be able to re-

enter only before the elapsed time is over and

complete the same quiz

If you do not complete the quiz and exit after

submitting (or exit due to network issues) then it

will be counted as an attempt. You will not get

another chance for the same attempt
