1. Summer Study: • Reviewed concept paper by John Gownley on

restructuring clubs and committees to strengthen recruitment and retention.

• Obtained feedback from club presidents.

2. Fall Activities:• Refine above concepts based on club leader and

Board feedback.• Review findings from Alumni Department study when

complete.• Incorporate above into Regional Engagement

Implementation plan.• Determine if correlation exists between Board

outreach to accepted students and enrollment.• Consider opportunities related to current students,

their parents and local alumni clubs.
