To book a shipment:

Step 1: Enter Origination and

Destination Information. If you are

shipping from a different location,

Click “Clear”

Click here to access Address Book.

To Locate your address book

Click clear on the previous screen, and then click on the “Magnify Glass”

next to clear. Your entire address book will

populate here!Select a company here

Magnify Glass

Enter the rest of your shipment details.

Click on the item you are shipping. We can add all of your products here for quick

access.

Select any additional services.

Enter your NMFC # to avoid reclassification of your freight.

Select the carrier you prefer to use.

To Print Your BOL:Scroll down to Customer Manage Shipments.

Click on “Print” and your BOL will pop-up.

To Print a Quote:Next to “Select a Document,”

select “Quote Form 1”

Your Quote sheet will appear with your

quoted price. You can Print or Save this

quote.

ALL OF YOUR SHIPMENTS AUTO-ARCHIVED

Select any date range, click find, and all of your past shipments will populate here for future reference.

Tracking Your Shipments

Under the Events tab, you can trace your shipment.

The carriers send us electronic updates in

reference to your PRO #.

Density Calculator

The density calculator is primarily used by customers

that ship with Central Transport.

[They base class strictly off of the density of a

shipment.]
