The Process We Follow

The Blog Manager that’s assigned to you will go through your blog, identify your target demographic, assess your competitors, determine what strategy to use, and will come up with a list of long tail keywords (theses are great for SEO) and topics for the month in a Content Plan.

These will be shared with you along with a content calendar. You’ll know what topics will be targeted and when the content will be published on your blog.

You’ll receive scheduled posts 2 business days before they are scheduled to go live. For example, if we’re writing a post on “10 Real Estate Trends That You Should Capitalize On In 2019” and we intend to publish it on the 1st of January, 2019 then you should receive it for approval at least two business days before the 1st.

At the end of the month, you’ll receive an in-depth content completion report and a keyword ranking report. These reports will highlight how well each post performed, how the keywords ranked, and it’ll outline progress and provide insightful recommendations for the next milestone.

On the 15th of the month, you will receive a mid-month progress report. In this report, we will show you how well the posts we submitted are ranking on Google.
