BLAST BLANKETS ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT A WORKER FROM THE HAZARD OF A FAILURE OF AN ENERGIZED NETWORK TRANSFORMER HV CHAMBER WHICH REQUIRES A CATEGORY 4 PROTECTION
