LANDOWNER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Since the acquisition of the Blackspring Ridge Wind Project, EDF EN Canada and Enbridge have reached out to the project landowners, local and provincial governmental authorities through various meetings, letters, newsletters and events such as:

Meetings and/or Presentation with Vulcan County, Towns of Vulcan, Carmangay and the MLA for Little Bow

Community Newsletter Community Board Postings Landowner Dinner and meetings Hiring of a local Liaison Agent who will work on site

to primarily be the main point of contact for the community and our landowners during construction

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Office trailers for Mortenson, EDF EN Canada and Enbridge have been set up next to the future substation location.

Mortenson has started cutting and graveling access roads on the south west side of the project.

Foundation excavation has also been started on the south west part of the project. Directional boring and underground collection cable deliveries have commenced. 165 blades were received and are currently at the laydown area in Wilson. The first train of nacelles and hubs were also delivered at the laydown area along with the 2

main transformers. Total manpower on site at the end of June: ~ 90
