Which Facebook?
• Personal profiles are erm, for personal, individual use i.e. for keeping in touch with your family & friends
• Facebook business pages are designed for business use i.e. keeping in touch with your customers and markets
• Facebook Groups are a handy way of sharing information and chatting with like-minded folks

First Impressions
• Nothing looks worse than business page with no cover image or profile picture.

• Make sure your page information is complete, accurate and up-to-date
• If you can’t be bothered, will your customers make the effort to find it elsewhere?

What’s in a Name?
• Once you have the required number of page likes set your preferred page username!

• Don’t link your twitter and facebook accounts so they automatically cross post
• It looks a little lazy, you’re under-utilizing both platforms by doing so
• Gives the impression you’re not actually listening just transmitting!
